One of Peggy’s greatest gifts is her ability to really listen. I told my stories, told her how things were and she heard not only what I was saying but what I was NOT saying. Those were the openings for something different to be created in our company. I’m an accountant. I look at the bottom line and want bottom line results. I improved as a business person because of what I learned from Peggy. She just has a wonderful blend of true business savvy and humanity.

During the 10 years I worked with Peggy professionally, I worked with her in group but mostly in one-on-one sessions.
She has been a great help to me in both my career and my personal life. At times when I struggled in my career with difficult staff or colleagues, Peggy worked with me to figure out the best way to turn these situations around. When I bumped against the wall on projects I was leading, Peggy worked with me to find ways to break down what I perceived as obstacles. I began to see that there was never an issue that we couldn’t overcome.
There were many specific work related success stories I have involving Peggy, but the best Peggy story of all was when she helped me to win the Club Championship at my home golf club. Truthfully, I never really believed I could win at Cutten Fields; the tournament was 4 rounds, with a grueling 36 hole final. My competition were numerous, tough and quite frankly a lot younger than me. I found myself facing a very real possibility of missing the cut after an opening round of 77. So what could I do? I called Peggy out of sheer frustration. I had played terribly and found myself unable to execute at numerous times throughout the round. After hearing my problems and my frustration on the course, Peggy began to question me about my thoughts, my emotions, my feelings and most importantly on my game plan. The conclusion we came to completely changed my focus and my ability to execute. On the 71st hole of the tournament, I found myself tied for the lead and in storybook fashion, chipped in for birdie to win the first sudden death playoff hole.
I’ll never forget the phone call to Peggy to give her the good news. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
So, when you start working with Peggy, she is going to throw 100% of her energy behind you, and make sure you’re ready with your acceptance speech, because great things will happen.
I recommend her 100%, she is one of the greatest coaches I’ve ever worked with.

You have made major contributions to me and my company’s growth. The work you have done with me personally has helped clarify and strengthen the principals of management and teamwork which I believe are necessary for the company to achieve its goals. I am very pleased that every member of the entire company has had a chance to work with you in a group setting. The common thread of our company’s response is, “Never before have we worked in a company where our thoughts and ideas are contributed in such a powerful way.” For me, during each group session, or “off-site,” I never fail to learn something new about people and what truly motivates. One of the major benefits from our work has been that I have been able to adjust from working 12 hour days to working less than 15 hours per week on average. This has allowed me time to produce two Broadway shows, one of which won a Tony Award, and to travel and pursue writing projects as well.
