I listen
To you
Your dreams –
those you’re aware of and those you can’t yet articulate –
for your life, your work, your organization and the people who work with you
To your spirit
And coach and guide you
To lead your life and lead others in ways that are true for you
To listen to yourself
To listen to your spirit
How I arrived at this place
I never wanted to be like anyone else – and I wanted to do something that supported people in living fulfilling lives. My choice of college for my first year was mainly for that reason and going to law school was similarly motivated. When I started law school only ten percent of the class were women. Changing careers and pursuing coaching was also different; I started coaching in 1988, before many people had even heard of it.
I now know that I was letting myself listen to a spirit that wanted me to live my unique path. That has taken a while as well, to realize that there is a strong, inner knowing that can guide us into leading extraordinary, authentic lives, if we’ll only listen.
Over the years, I have become a voracious student of human development, potential and intuitive guidance. Driven by my commitment to bold, effective and meaningful coaching, guiding and progressive thinking, I have studied with Integral Coaching Canada, Newfield Network, New Ventures West and others.
I have coached leaders and staff in multi-national organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, India, Canada, Russia, Australia, Germany and Singapore. I have also facilitated and developed curriculums and manuals for Politics & Organizations, The Management Coaching Program, Universal Principles for Conscious Business, Coaching for Effective and Positive Power in the Workplace, Conversations for Effective Action, Navigating the Storms of Life Through Coaching, Hiring and Keeping Talented People, and multiple others. My highly-acclaimed teleseminar series, High Point Selling™ has supported hundreds of sales professionals to achieve increased sales results.
My pragmatic approach includes models and concepts from a multitude of disciplines, including business, biology, neuroscience, adult development theory, linguistics and quantum physics.
During my legal career, I served through Bill Clinton as an Assistant Attorney General and as State Purchasing Director in Arkansas. I also practiced in the private sector, specializing in business and corporate law. As part of the Clinton administration, I worked for the Federal Labor Relations Authority administering trainings in labor-management relations. I have also held high-level management positions and have served on several nonprofit Boards of Directors.
I graduated from the University of Arkansas School Of Law in Fayetteville.
My clients value my heart-felt commitment to them, my skillful ability to discern what is needed and my no-nonsense approach.
